About Us
Featherbed Island House is owned by Maria and Gary Lamb. We keep pinching ourselves because we can't believe that we actually own such a beautiful piece of land. We really feel that fate, luck, and the stars aligned to enable us to be able to purchase Featherbed Island.
After living collectively in upstate New York, Southern California, Hawaii, Boston's Beacon Hill, Bahamas, and Turks and Caicos, we currently reside full time on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, with our two teenagers, dog, four cats and six chickens. We are impatiently counting the days until we can retire to the Yellow House full-time. We're not sure exactly when that will be, but until then, we would love to share our little island with others. We have owned vacation rental properties for over 10 years in Cape Cod and Canada and currently also own a vacation rental home in Nova Scotia, oceanfront on the Bay of Fundy
