Booking procedures
So, you think that you may want to reserve some time at the ecofriendly Featherbed Island House? What do I do now?
First - visit our availability calendar and check the dates that you would like to visit. Remember... all reservations are a 1 week minimum and must start and end on a Sunday. You can find our rates here.
Second - Review our rental agreement and cancellation policy.
Third - Contact us! We will get back to you asap (usually via e-mail) to see if you have any other questions about booking and to get the infomation that we need from you (name, phone, address, number in party).
Once everything is confirmed, we'll send you a payment request. When you receive this, you can remit your payment securely on-line by e-check (preferred) or credit card. During the payment process, you will be asked to agree with the rental agreement. After receiving payment, we will e-mail you a copy of the rental agreement (and pet agreeement, if needed) for you to sign and return.
That's it! Then all you need to do is to follow us on Facebook and Google + as we update regularly. Oh - and get ready for your vacation!
