Cancellation Policy
We hope you won't be cancelling, but if you have to...please note that vacation rental homes are not hotels and not easy to rebook when cancelled at the last minute.
Cancellations more than 60+ days in advance of arrival -
full refund minus any fees incurred by owners (ie. currency exchange, PayPal fees, credit card charges, etc).
Cancellations 30-60 days before arrival date will not receive a refund of their 50% deposit.
Cancellations less than 30 days before will not be refunded.
If you need to cancel, we will make every effort to re-rent the property for the same time period, however there is no guarantee that we will be successful. If we do succeed in renting the property for the same rate, we're happy to refund all monies minus a $50 service charge. If we rent the property at a discount, we will refund that amount minus the $50 service charge.
