Cleaning
Half of the rental amount is due at time of booking along with a signed rental agreement to hold your reservation. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. The reservation is not considered confirmed until both the signed agreement and deposit are received.
WE ARE A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
We sometimes have availability for shorter stays (3 days minimum) for $200/night plus tax and insurance during the off-off season, as well as monthly rates for longer stays. Off-season monthly rental possible.
